Learnpress returns buying customers back from paypal, but no course is shown

  • Hello,

    I’ve successfully setup Learnpress (as a part of the Edumy theme from Apusthemes incl demo content to test LMS).

    I have a problem when I make a test-purchase through PayPal: after successfully returning from the Paypal window the test-buyer does not get/direct to the course they bought.

    Please let me know how to configure Learnpress correctly to make it redirect back correctly from the Paypal-checkout.

    (I’m not sure if the checkout end point is incorrectly set up or that I haven’t setup the right checkout pages).

    Are you using the PayPal gateway of Learnpress or use it via WooCommerce?

    Hi Anna, thanx for getting back: only Paypay for now. I havent activated Woocommerce but probably will, after I can get the Paypay-flow working. Can you suggest a solution?

    Hi Anne, I just realized that the problem was that I didnt know that you have to approve every order manually:

    1)Is there a feature to auto-approve the learnpress order?

    2) Is it possible to customize the “order received” page? I would like to inform the customers that the order needs approval before they can acces the content

    1, We’ll check it and give you a solution asap.

    2, Unfortunately now we don’t have this feature. But you can try using Loco translate plugin to edit the message in order received page.
