LearnPress and Woocommerce Tax calculation problem

My website sells courses scheduled to be taught face to face from city to city in North America. The WordPress developed website is integrated with Woocommerce to enable shopping cart and has Stripe to help accept credit card at the website. When I use the checkout from products in the shop, it correctly calculates taxes (I have uploaded CSV file with tax rates for my state), but when I use the checkout from scheduled courses, it does not calculate the taxes at all. Can somebody help me here?
