LearnPress Assignments Plugin Causes Critical Error on Course Preview & Page

    When we are editing courses, we are unable to preview our changes. More importantly, if we click on a course from the frontend of our site, we can’t view the course, which means that courses can’t be purchased. Trying to preview or view courses shows a page with this message:

    There has been a critical error on your website.

    We deactivated all plugins to test what might be causing the issue and found that LearnPress Assignments version 3.1.4 is the problem. If the plugin is activated, we get the error message. If we deactivate the plugin, we are able to preview courses and we are able to view & purchase courses from the frontend of our site.

    Everything on our site is up-to-date, including Eduma version 4.2.9 and LearnPress version 3.2.7.7. We also have the jQuery Migrate Helper plugin installed to fix the WordPress 5.5 jQuery problem.

    Please provide a fix for the LearnPress Assignments issue ASAP.

  • Let update LearnPress Assignments to version 3.2.2, we have fixed some trouble with the new version of WordPress
    Go to thimpress.com -> login your account -> download and install the new version

    Hello,

    There is nothing in the thimpress.com account for download. All updates come through the plugins page (or Eduma page) on our website. There are no updates showing for Eduma (which we purchased via Themeforest) or LearnPress or any of the plugins.

    Why don’t you provide the update via WordPress plugin page like usual?

    We are still waiting to hear from you regarding LearnPress Assignments version 3.2.2 plugin. When we sign into our account on thimpress.com, there are no plugin updates to download.

    As we already explained, we purchased the Eduma theme and all LearnPress plugins came bundled with the theme, so our updates come through the Plugins page on our website. The last update for LearnPress Assignments is version 3.1.4.

    Please, we need version 3.2.2 right away. We have students who can’t take courses for weeks now and we can’t make changes, etc.
