    Hello,

    I have a problem with learnpress: when a user who has purchased the course try to access it after a week or two the course is locked like the user didn’t buy it and I need to subscribe the user again so he can access it.

    No it’s literally like they didn’t buy the course.

    Hi shadrow,

    I haven’t met this case before that, it may be due to the cache of the site, please try clear the cache on both your site and on your customer browser and check it again.
