Learnpress course name isn’t displayed in Woo Analytics Order page

Hello @anfisa,

You’ll first want to check whether the issue is caused by a theme/plugin conflict with WooCommerce. The best way to determine this is to:

– Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront.
– Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and LearnPress – WordPress LMS Plugin.
– See if the product titles are showing in WooCommerce > Analytics > Orders

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated.

To figure out the cause of the problem, reactivate your theme first and check again. Then activate other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

If you can’t do the conflict test on your live site, I’d recommend creating a staging site. If your host doesn’t offer that option, we recommend WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-staging.

• System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Hello,
The problem is still not solved. Is here anybody who can help me? I have done all prescription above, but no answer from you.

Just remind about the problem:

I use LearnPress plugin and sell courses through Woocommerce. The problem is in an Analytics page.

When I go to Analytics -> Orders I cannot see “Product name” if the sold product is a Learnpress course, but if it was a Woocommerce product the Product name is displayed.

Have you already tried to get in touch with the LearnPress support team regarding this issue? It appears that this is only happening with LearnPress products and not other products created in WooCommerce, so it may be that this is already a known issue and the people at LearnPress may be in a better position to help you.
