Learnpress doesn’t send email when finished course

  • I used Settings -> Email settings to enable the email that is send after the user finishes a course.
    The plug-in WP mail SMTP is installed.

    We’re testing the courses in Learnpress right now. Somehow it doesn’t send the email with the result of the course. If I test it as the moderator it works, but if other users finish a course, they don’t get the email.

    Can someone help me? Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

    Please check the log of the SMTP plugin. I think you can find all email on that.

    I already checked the log of the SMTP plugin. And it only sends and logs the email to the moderator (me). When an user finishes a course, they don’t get the email. And no log.

    That option is enabled.

    Nobody get emails after finish the course… user, instruction and especially ADMIN, so the admin do not know that somebody finished the course…

    P.S. thanks fot deleting my posts… the problem is this same…

    If You havve plugin “Remove Dashboard Access” – try to turn it off – it has conflict with Learnpress emails system

    Thanks, but I don’t have that plugin. Users with the admin role do get the email…

    @marijnstenvert that is very hard for us to check because sometimes we need to check the configuration server of the customer to debug. We can’t do that in this forum because it is against the support rule.
    We always recommend client check the conflict plugin, theme, enable debug log and try to install new site to check first.

    I too am having this same issue and already took the same steps to attempt to fix, it is not sending emails on course completions, works fine for orders and enrollments. SMTP Mail plugin does not have any logged errors. I am not sure where to go from here except to duplicate the site and start disabling everything else.
