LearnPress “My Account” links not working

“My account” stopped working. When I go to LearnPress dashboard and click on the sub-sections then I get 404. The in the frontend are
https://internetiturundus.ee/koolitused/user/courses/purchased/ but the links in the LearnPress settings are
https://internetiturundus.ee/koolitused/my-account/user/orders (https://internetiturundus.ee/koolitused/ is the WP root)
When I copy and paste the link from the settings then it redirects to the root https://internetiturundus.ee/koolitused/

Two weeks ago everything worked just fine and I don’t know what happened or how to fix this.
