LearnPress – Unable to change Customer in Orders

    We are experiencing an issue when creating a new order – unable to Change or select multi users. Console displays a number of errors:

    modal-search-users.js:32:6 Uncaught TypeError: can’t access property “debounce”, _ is undefined

    meta-box-order.js:130:4 Uncaught TypeError: can’t access property “open”, LP.$modalSearchUsers is undefined (this error appears when clicking the “Change” link to change the Customer from Guest.

    We have disabled all other plugins and reverted to Twenty Twenty-One theme. We have tried on Firefox, MS Edge and Chrome browsers all with the same errors.

    Hi,

    Please be sure you install the latest version of LearnPress, disable all cache on your site and when changing the user, the status of the order is pending, not completed.

    Thank you for your reply. The issue has now been resolved with the conflicting plugin Fontawesome plugin in my case. Thanks again for your help.

    Fontawesome and Pods both cause this problem with Learnpress orders.
