"Leave a Reply" and Previous/Next didn't change fonts

Hi, I’ve searched through this area but couldn’t find my problem. I might be able to piece it together from some of the bullets/lists questions, but I’m not quite there yet ??

I run the 2015 theme. On my pages and posts, the “Leave a Reply” message hasn’t changed. On my posts, the Previous or Next that appear after a post haven’t changed.

Do I need to add a new heading? I’m not sure what values to give it. I did use one of your replies to a bullets/list question with success for those.
