Leave a reply form

I copied my WP site over to my new host, but there is now a ‘leave a reply’ form on the bottom of all my pages. I do not want this on any of the pages.

I used the Settings/Discussion tool and un-checked ‘allow people to post comments’ but the ‘leave a reply’ is still there on every page.

Any sugestions on how to get rid of this?
