"leave a reply" redirecting readers

my blog is https://healsci.com/blog/ when you click on “leave a reply” it redirects you to https://www.healsci.com and does not let you comment

Where did you install WordPress on your site? Have you edited the default Twenty Eleven theme at all?

did go into editor, but thought i didn’t change anything???

What kind of “minor edits”?

added custom pic for header
changed background color

That should be fine. Do you have an .htaccess file in your root domain? If so, try renaming it.

i did. did not fix problem

just noticed it is actually rerouting to: https://healsci.com/?p=44#respond

Re-upload a fresh, unpacked, copy of the Twenty Eleven folder to wp-content/themes using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.
