"Leave a Reply" showing up on Pages

  • Hello All,
    New here, so be gently.

    For some reason, im seeing Leave a Reply on my Pages.
    Ive read in some forums to look for the page.php template in the Theme Editor, and look for the Comments snippet,but i do not see it.

    Relevant pages are Comments.php and content-page.php – but i couldnt find the snippet in either.

    Also, in Discussions – Comments are unchecked

  • Edit each published Page or Post and uncheck “Allow comments” in each case. If you do not see this pane, click Screen Options at the very top of the page and check “Discussion”.
