The “Leave a Review” dialogue keeps appearing at the top of the wordpress admin pages and will not close. I have to keep disabling and re-enabling the Plug-in to get rid of it. Please fix this.

Hi, can you update the plugin and let us know if the issue still persists?

    Thanks.

Updated to newest version a few weeks ago, still didn’t go away, so I disabled then re-enabled. Today it’s now appearing again on every admin page and will not close. Only way to get rid of it is to disable then enable again (appears again within a few days). This is the only plugin I have this issue with.

    “Leave a review?

Hey, I noticed you are using WC product feed manager for over two weeks – that’s awesome! Could you please do me a BIG favor and give it a 5-star rating on WordPress? Just to help us spread the word and boost our motivation.”

Hi @wooq123 , if you click on the Cross icon on the top right corner, or click on “I already did” then this message should not appear again.

Can you please try that and clear the cache and check if the message reappears?

Unfortunately it’s still re-appearing about once every week, and clicking on “I already did” or the cross (x) icon at the top right does nothing. I’ve tried clearing cache, using different browsers etc. Not sure what it is about this plugin that causes this issue but it doesn’t happen with any other notice.

Hi, in this case, we believe there is a possible conflict with another plugin that is causing this issue as the message is configured to stop appearing when clicking on ‘I already did.’

    So do the following.

When you see that notice appearing,
    1. Right-click on your webpage. You should find an option called “Inspect” or “Inspect Elements” (this won’t work on Safari, so use some other browser). See Image:?https://jmp.sh/hhuzR2B
    2. You will get an extended window popping up. See Image:?https://jmp.sh/7RV6cZv
    3. It will have a menu called “Console”. Click on that and it should show you if there are any errors. See Image:?https://jmp.sh/AGVBPW8
    4. Then click on ‘I already did’ in the notice box. If there are any errors, they should appear in the console section.&lt
    5. After that, take a screenshot of the whole screen and send it to us.

Once we take a look, we will try to find a suitable solution.

    Thanks.
