    Hello @nigelrenton,

    I am not clear about your situation about 2 different year periods.

    You have to create leave entitlements and assign leave policies to each designation before the employees are able to send leave requests.

    Hi there. Thanks for your reply. I have indeed created a policy and applied it to employees. However the Leave entitlement page does not reflect this. The table states there are 24 items but there is nothing visible in the list. Here is a screenshot: here

    Please follow these instructions and check if that helps-

    a. Login to your admin dashboard.

    b. If your site address is mpek.com then write mpek.com/wp-admin/options.php on your address bar and hit enter.

    c. Now find the option named wp_erp_version. Write 1.0.1 and then click Save.

    d. The page will reload and ask you to run the update for WP ERP. Click on Run Update and check if you can see the items on the page.
