• When you deactivate & delete the plugin the folders stay on the server and you have to remove them manually.

    Besides that:
    On some of our websites it simply didnt work (the login-fields dont appear) so we had to disable the plugin over FTP to get access again.

    The process of deleting a plugin is controlled by WP not by the plugin being deleted. So, it’s impossible for a plugin to leave any files behind in its folder since the folder is deleted by WP.
    If any files are left behind that usually points to a problem in the file/folder privileges in the wp-content folder.

    If you have any other issues with the plugin please open a support thread and we’ll have a look ASAP to see what’s going on.
