Leaving comments on video lessons?

The description for the plugin says “The Video Lessons Manager plugin allows you to manage video courses, lectures and lessons while users and administrators can track progress, leave comments and mark favorites.”

But I can’t find anywhere that allows users to leave comments on the videos. There is the “notes” area, but that can’t be seen by anyone except the administrators. Is there somewhere that I’m missing where you can enable actual comments, where users can leave comments on a video that other users can see and reply to?

I’m using CM Video Lesson Manager Pro Version 3.4.4
