Before Posting Here, Please Read This First

Hi there everybody :).

First of all, thank you for using Easy Digital Downloads – Taxamo Integration. I do really appreciate it.

Anyway, I should point out that I don’t actively monitor this forum. The reason being is that shops are incredibly complex, with lots of things going on, so offering free support is completely impossible – I have to feed my family, for one, and as such I need to focus on projects that actually make me money.

Although we’re not offering support, I should point out that we are happy to receive bug requests, and requests to make the plugin better. As such, this post will hopefully be able to tell you where you leave feedback.

Bugs
Bugs should always be reported on the Github Issues Page. This is the best way to leave a bug as there are myself and a bunch of volunteers actively monitoring this Issues list.

Bugs that aren’t bugs will be closed. Examples of bugs are:-

• The wrong tax is returned (on a live site, if you are working locally then the IP address will return issues.
• The plugin causing a conflict with another on your site.
• Any issues that makes the plugin unusable (such as a slow site).
• Any enhancements you have.

Before submitting a bug, please read the Frequently Asked Questions, as well as making sure you’re on the latest version of the plugin, Easy Digital Downloads AND WordPress. It may have been fixed in an earlier version.

General Support
If you need general support, please sign up priority support, as directed in the plugin. Examples include:-

• Styling the plugin to fix your site.
• Installing the plugin.

That should be it, or indeed anything else. If you’re unsure, please leave a bug on Github, and we will tell you if this is outside our remit.
