leek broken error on ahref bringing site health down

AHREF is deranking my sites because it keeps saying that I am linking to broken links for example:
https://sleepgoodguide.com/heres-the-best-waterproof-matress-pad-available-in-2023/?
apparently links to this broken link
https://sleepgoodguide.com/?page_id=3?
But I never added this link and I dont see it anywhere. Is content egg adding this, how do I remove it?
