Left-Align Nested Table of Contents

    How do we left-align the nested table of contents? We want to remove the indents so the output is:

    1. Heading 1
    1.1 Heading 2
    1.1.1 Heading 3
    1.1.1.1 Heading 4
    1.1.1.1.1 Heading 5
    1.1.1.1.1.1 Heading 6
    2. Heading 1
    2.1 Heading 2
    2.1.1 Heading 3
    2.1.1.1 Heading 4
    2.1.1.1.1 Heading 5
    2.1.1.1.1.1 Heading 6

    You would have to remove the margins added to the unordered lists that are used to display the toc. Sorry, but I can not assist with writing custom CSS.
