Left Aligned Doesn't Work

Hi,

I’m having problem displaying the form label alignment correctly in my theme. I’ve tested on the normal page and it display correctly. But when I use the theme’s Tabs function: https://www.mangerproduction.com/start-your-project/ & click on “Get Quote” to see the form. it doesn’t display correctly.

I know that it is mostly because of the theme problem but I hope to get help from here as the support from the theme is quite slow.
