Left menu moving

  • When looking at my site, the left menu is where it’s supposed to be. However, when I try to load up using the page navigation, the left menu will jump to the bottom. It’s probably because my content column is shifting somehow, but I don’t know why it would shift on archive pages, or other pages in the page navigation, but not the first page? I currently have the overflow:hidden command in my #menu section. Does anyone know how I can prevent my menu from moving??

  • i cannot see the problem you describe, left menu stays in place. using firefox on winxp.

    it’s moving in IE. I think I’ve narrowed it down to having inserted images which are somehow too big and they’re causing the whole center column content to move. Any ideas how I can prevent that from happening, other than resizing the pictures?

    heh guess I needed an overflow: hidden in my center column to prevent any content from shifting the column. That fixed it in IE.
