Left Side menu drop down menu

I am a complete Novice here. So complete hand holding is neccessary, thank you

Recently installed Oblique however the left side drop menu worked great on installation, but now we are unable to get a menu list to even appear on the left side. https://www.jupitersworld.com

Can anyone please advise how to get my side menu, Im appreciative for any advice, and would be grateful if you sent me step by step how to rectify.

Also is anyone also able to give support on the correct sizing for picture banner on the home page, still trying to configure that too.
