    I’ve been using this service for several years and recently found out it was no longer working. Please advise, I cannot push a button to restart it. ??

    Your subscription for this domain (thisisartmusic.com) is already approved under [email protected]!

    You just need to log in here with that email address to find your activation key.

    In any case if you have already activated your key previously, but still seeing the message about the pending subscription, please go to the MailPoet’s Settings > Key Activation tab and click on the “Verify” button again to update the status of the subscription.

    I logged into [email protected] and it has 0 mention of thisisartmusic.com. I logged into [email protected] and it says “thisisartmusic.com (legacy) You are subscribed to the 0 – 1,000 subscribers plan.     Please help ??

    Ps I’ve hit the verify button many times but I will try yet again one more time ??

    Pps it says “Your key is valid
    MailPoet Sending Service is active
    MailPoet Premium is active
    Note: your account is pending approval by MailPoet.
    Rest assured, this only takes just a couple of hours. Until then, you can still send email previews to yourself. Any active automatic emails, like Welcome Emails, will be paused.”

    Hello again @art1986 ,

    You actually do have two approved subscription plans under the email address [email protected] that isn’t connected to any website.

    However, I’ve gone ahead to approve the subscription plan under the email address: [email protected]

    If you’re still seeing the message about the pending subscription, please go to the MailPoet’s Settings > Key Activation… tab and click on the “Verify” button again to update the status of the subscription.

    If it doesn’t help, please go to the MailPoet > Settings > Send With… tab and change the sending method temporarily to “Other” and then back to the “MailPoet Sending Service”.

    You can also try clearing your browser’s cache.
