Legal digital text option

Hi,

I would like to display the Legal Digital Text option with the checkbox on the Checkout page. There should be a Legal text checkbox and the Legal Digital Text.
They are both displayed now with the checkbox but the customer needs to tick both of the checkboxes in order to complete the checkout.

I want to know if there is a way that I could just display the Legal Digital Text without the checkbox, so the customer needs to tick only the Legal Text chckbox?
