Legal worries

I absolutely love this plugin – thank you for doing such a great job. What worries me, however, is that the plugin stores a local version of the other site’s image on my server. While I understand that this much more efficient than hotlinking, lawyers for newspapers and agencies might take a dim view of it. Could you perhaps add an option (for the faint at heart) that would alternatively just insert a link to the original image instead instead of downloading it?
