Legend not working on list/upcoming view

Hello, I have a wee question to the legend.

Basically I added teccc_add_legend_view( ‘upcoming’ ); to my themes function.php file and the legend itself shows fine for list view now.

However the filter isn’t applied when clicking a category in the legend.
