Legible Font Sizes

  • Hi guys, I want to inform you that there is one issue on all the websites where I am using this plugin.

    As you know google does not allow less than 16px and if a website has less than 16px then google shows errors in the webmaster tools.

    I struggled for nearly 2 months to find the reason behind why Google is showing that issue on all the websites where I have this plugin installed.

    Right now, I am so happy that now, I know where the issue is coming from.

    If I disable this plugin, Google does not show me the issue and validate the issue as fixed. But if I turn the plugin on then after a few weeks Google again gives me that error that text size is small.

    Trust me, I am not using any small text on the website. Your plugin is using 11px font in one place thus the google is showing this issue.

    If I disable your plugin then the issue solves. If I manually update the font size then in the next update, my edit will go away I guess. So, I wanted to create a ticket and notify you guys about this issue.

    Can you please release the next update ASAP and replace the 11px with 16px?

    I have installed your plugin on 150 websites. So, it will take a lot of time to fix this manually, and when the update comes, then the issue will be again there. So, I need your help to get this issue fixed permanently for everyone.

    From my end, I have updated the font size from 11px to 18px manually. I will be very thankful to you if you can please help us by giving one update ASAP.

    The font size issue is still under discussion and we still don’t take a decision till now. The main challenge for us to take a decision towards this issue is an aesthetic one, however, your brief message and your concerns will encourage us to take a decision faster. We may add a font size control option to fix this issue.

    Thank you for the reply. If I use this plugin = https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/string-locator/

    and if I search for this = 11px then I find all the fields where the font size is 11px.

    In some files, there are 13px and 14px too.

    If your developer fixes these issues in the main files, then no one has to manually fix the issue. And most of them who are facing small font size issues in the Google Webmaster, will not face this issue anymore.

    Hi guys, Today there was an update to tyr plugin.Please let me know if your developer has replaced all tte small font sizes to 16px or not? Just wanted to know to stay up to date. Thaks.
