    Hi There,

    The majority of the form submissions are being marked as SPAM and all recent are not SPAM.

    For none logged in users the message ‘Forbidden’ is displayed on form submission (I have switched Cookies off in Cleantalk settings).

    I also see these error messages in CT settings:

     Mar 16 2023 12:54:11: Error occurred while checking account status. cURL error 77:

     Mar 17 2023 08:10:09: Error occurred while updating SpamFireWall local base. SFW UPDATE INIT: KEY_IS_NOT_VALID

    And speaking of the notifications, it may be that the website database was busy by something else and the plugin couldn’t read/write the required tables. Please, re-activate the plugin:
    ? WordPress Admin Page —> Plugins —> Installed plugins —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Deactivate and Activate again

    Yes re-activating the plugin worked for me and removed error messages

    I’ll contact support for help with the other issue.
