Legit submissions being blocked

Dear support,

I’ve been using your Premium plugin for a while now. What I notice, is that now and then legit submissions are not coming through and are marked as spam. This costs us money, so I’d really like to know if there’s something I can do to stop this from happening. I’d love to hear from you, thanks.
