Legitimate users being blocked

    This is what I see Wordfence

    Live Activity: Throttling IP 130.185.156.123. Exceeded the maximum number of page requests per minute for humans.

    I am told by friends, in a pool of people who help one another with comments and sharing of our blog posts, that they are blocked from accessing my site

    How do I stop this? I am thinking about taking WordFence off and looking for another solution, especially since I can’t follow the threads on this Forum so I have no idea if someone is responding and telling me what to do?
