    Hi,
    I just bought the paid version.
    Im having some troubles, my titles are too long, and because of that the box of the products are with differente sizes.
    Is there any way to show just some characters?
    I want to put a limit like we can in short description.

    We are not allowed to do support for the Premium version here on the Free version support forum. Please go to the Customers support forum – you will need to login with your a3rev customer account credentials and open a support ticket there and we will help you. here is the link to login https://support.a3rev.com/ and once in go to the plugins forum here https://support.a3rev.com/forums/forum/woocommerce-plugins/product-sort-and-display/ – scroll to the bottom of that page and you will see where you create the ticket there.

    Yes an account was auto created for you when you purchased – If you search your emails you will see at the time of purchase as well as getting the Order – you also got an email with your username and password.

    If you cannot find that – then please use the Contact page on a3rev to send me message and i will help you recover your account cred from there.
