Length of home page except

    Solved my own question. The except length is set in functions.php

    Hi Andy,

    Yes, that’s the way to do it. But in case of a theme update you will loose this change again.

    I will update my themes this week. Main reason is because I’m using the Open Sans font via Google and it doesn’t meet the conditions of the GDPR. Will replace Open Sans with the Verdana system font.

    Thanks Guido. The other useful thing would be a header link allowing users to click the header to get to the home page. Thanks. The theme works well for me.

    Hi Andy,

    Have just updated theme so you should change the excerpt lenght in file functions again.
    I have removed the Open Sans font, there’s an explanation here.
