Lengthy Load Times

    Hi All,

    Does anyone else have issues with lengthy Livechat load times on their sites?
    Compared to anything else on our site LiveChat always stands out as loading super slow. Seems to effect our page speed score enough that we may start to look at other options.

    Recently when running GTmetrix test I’ve seen Livechat be the slowest item. Takes anywhere between 4-12 seconds.
