Leslie Theme Question With Different Screen Resolutions

I have two websites that use the Leslie theme. One is on a Windows server (www.asq1106.org) the other is on a unix server (www.w4trc.org). Using screen resolution of 1024×768, the asq1106 displays with the static pages to the right of the menus. For the w4trc, the static pages display under the menus. Why is this happening and is there a fix that I can do for the w4trc website. At a higher screen resolution, there is not a concern in that the static pages will then be to the right of the menu.
