Less menu items in wp-admin

    Hi Yoast,

    I installed the Yoast SEO plugin but only the options dashboard, search console and “naar premium plugin” are visible in wp-admin. this is on 3 different websites where i installed yoast in the last 2 days. on an other site, i have updatet the plugin and wordpress, but the options are still visible in that website.

    i am the main administrator and there are no menu items hidden for me with a plugin.

    i hope someone can help me

  • I have same problem. just installed it on a new site and not seeing any related errors in browser console.

    By default, the advanced settings are disabled when you complete the installation wizard. However, they can be enabled by following the steps here.

    Thanks for the update. I’d recommend that you change the plugin so the default is ALL menu items showing. Otherwise, people who have never used the plugin might assume it doesn’t do much. Also, people that do use the plugin will wonder where all the menu items went ??
