Less than advertised

  • I had a difficult time getting the plugin working and an even more difficult time communicating effectively with support. There were long lags between me sending help requests and follow-up. Also, the autogenerated password/confirmation server was blacklisted for SPAM for several days when I first signed up and so their initial email confirming credentials and the purchase was blocked by our SPAM third-party vendor so the help instructions I was receiving wasn’t useful because I could not sign into their website to follow their direction. After all the difficulty getting it configured the plugin didn’t really help my website very much. I saw small reductions in speed index but it actually increased my First Contentful Paint time. Disappointing.
