I’m sorry that the experience you’ve had with our plugin hasn’t met expectations. We’re actively developing the plugin and are testing with the latest versions of WooCommerce to make sure we’re compatible, so I am sorry that you’ve had issues with it breaking in that case.
I’ve tried to see where your support thread was so that I could take a look to see what went wrong so that we can learn for next time, though I’m afraid I can’t see any request for support on the forum or through our inbox.
If you’d like us to investigate further, I’d be more than happy to! Please do share some examples of the issues you’re experiencing and when they started to occur so that we can try and replicate the issue and get it patched up for you!
Apologies again that using the plugin with our latest releases wasn’t an enjoyable experience. I hope you’ll give us another shot further down the line as we continue to improve upon the plugin!
