    Just installed this plugin on a fresh copy of WP. Have gone through the setting and set up a test course and lesson that I am enrolled on. However, on the course catalog page it still says that I must enrol to unlock.

    In addition to this, when I go to view my lesson page none of the content/videos show up on the front end.

    Thanks in advance for any help on this

    Just removed Version 3.0.4 and installed Version 2.7.12 and it works. Looks like a bug in V3 upwards.

    @mimmt,

    If you can provide me with a link and/or a copy of your LifterLMS system report for the problem installation that would greatly assist me in determining the source of this problem.

    For starters, if you set this up fresh you could not have already been enrolled in the course so if you didn’t enroll yourself that would explain the restrictions.

    I can confirm that enrollment is indeed functioning in 3.0.4 so we may be dealing with a conflict of some kind with your theme or other plugins that is new to v3

    Additionally, lesson content, videos, and so on are also functioning and passing my local tests and inspections.

    Please provide me with the above information so I can go about reproducing and trying to reslove whatever is causing your issues.

    Thanks,

    @thomasplevy,

    Thanks for the quick reply.

    System report below with pre V3 installed and working fine. I can gladly send you admin access if you would like to upgrade your plugin.

    After I set up the fresh install I configured and enrolled myself. I’m hosting with Siteground and as you will see only have your plugin installed.

    Thanks again for your help.

    @mimmt,

    Thanks for the information.

    After the upgrade how did you go about enrolling yourself? And how did you determine that you were not enrolled?

    I have run several hundred 2.7 -> 3.0 upgrades and have run another one today and I don’t see the issue you’re describing. I feel that since so many things have changed in LifterLMS the experience is different but I’m not sure it’s actually “broken”

    Would you try the upgrade again and record some detailed recreation steps for me if the issue happens again?

    I’m not sure what else to do with the above information as I just can’t find an issue with the enrollment post 3.x

    Thanks,

    @thomasplevy

    Thanks for your reply.

    I reset my database, installed 2.7 and upgraded to 3.0.4 and everything seems to be working now.

    Thanks again for taking the time to help with this.

    @mimmt,

    Great!
