Lessons in sequence

  • Hi,
    Is it possible to force a student to take lesson’s sequentially in a course?

    for eg,

    Student takes lesson A,completes it and logs out.
    The next time the student logs in, he is automatically taken to next lesson, which is lesson B. Is this possible in Watu or is this a function in Namaste?

    Lessons are part of Namaste and currently there is no mechanism to automatically take them to the next lesson. However you can set lesson access requirements to make the lessons sequential. And when the student visits a lesson out of order they’ll get a message “you need to complete lesson A before you can access this one”

    Thanks. Is there a way to let the students know what lessons they have taken in a course, in order to help them pick the next correct lesson?

    Yes, [namaste-course-lessons status] shortcode will show them that.
