    Hi there

Lessons are not being marked as complete on the site after the video has been watched. Videos are Vimeo videos posted using the embed code. This is turned on as a video type to support in settings.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @chelseacarson08,

I visited your site and enrolled in a free course then after completing two lessons I saw the complete checkmark appeared on the left hand side bar as expected. You can view this Dropbox image for reference.

Sometimes you may need to clear cache to see the changes reflect on the frontend.

    Hi there

Did you manually complete the lessons? I was under the impression it was possible for lessons to auto-complete after the video has been watched.

    Hello @chelseacarson08,

To achieve this you can enable “Automatically Load Next Course Content” from Tutor settings > course tab.

    Hi

I have that turned on also. It does automatically load the next lesson but only when the user click the ‘mark lesson complete’ button.

What I thought was possible from the website is having the next lesson load automatically when the video is watched. Ie as soon as the full video has been seen, the lesson is automatically marked complete, thus they are redirected to the next lesson.

    This does not happen.

    Hello @chelseacarson08,

Yes you are right. Thanks for sharing your idea. I will discuss this with my team to see if it’s possible to autoload next lesson without clicking mark as complete button with the help of a new feature/function.

This is now fixed. It was an issue with the vimeo embed.
