lessons with lock even after payment

    Hi, I’ll start by saying that we have the integration that connects learnpress and woocommerce for payments but for some time it has been happening that when people buy the course, logging into their reserved area they see the order but not the associated course and, if they try to go to the course, they see all the lessons with the padlock as if they had not purchased the course… why? Could you help us? Thanks.

    Sure, we use “LearnPress – WooCommerce Payment Methods Integration” by “ThimPress” now I also attach some images of what happens… ((in the case of the images I solved it by manually associating the course to the user but then another person purchased and had the same problem… before instead everything worked automatically without our manual intervention))
