  • Hi lachland,

Yep, you can’t open a lesson in a new tab cos we restrict the lesson must be accessed through a course. Because, the lesson content is loaded through ajax, so if there are errors in the site (php or javascript), they can prevent lessons content from loading.

If you can’t solve the problem yourself, please contact us through contact form with more information, we can help you to resolve this problem.

I have submitted some more info through the contact form.
I have checked the javascript console and the issue seems to be 404 not found on the lessons:

    i.e. https://ticketserv.com/support/index.php/courses/test-course/test-lesson-a

is not found – I get “Oops! That page can’t be found.” from wordpress

Status Code: HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found

    Hi,
I am getting the same problem as described below. Has anybody having this issue resolved that? Please help ??

When I click on a lesson in a course (that has been set to free, no enrollment) – the little loading icon spins forever.

When I try to open the lesson in a new tab I get:
“Oops! That page can’t be found.”

    Why is this happening?

    Hi everyone,

This problem happened because your permalink have not been setting right. You guys should change your permalink settings to use “post name” and your .htaccess file should be writable as WordPress recommended.

    Best regards,
