Let new user role to access clock backend

  • So the problem basically is I have a custom user role created for client and I want the clock menu to be visible and access to them but currently only administrator is set to access it. Can u tell what function we can add for allowing new roles?

    Thanks for using our plugin.
    If you want to give other custom or existing roles to permission to access the clock in portal menu you just have to change the role. our plugin is set to an administrator. You can change it to whatever you want for example: if you set it to the editor then, the editor and admin both can access it.
    You can find the role in clock-in-portal.php this file in plugin menu add_menu_page, add_submenu_page for both.

    ok. How to do it in child theme as I don’t want the updates to override this setting.
