Let the user choose if they want an invoice

For the user to choose if they want an invoice, there would have to be a way setup on the frontend for them to indicate this. We can then write a code snippet to check for that indication and allow/disable attaching an invoice.

A similar process for the VAT number. We would check for it in the order data and print it if available.
