Let user comment other user

Hi, i’m setting up a wp site where users are like customers, and i need they can comments themselves though author page.
For example, userA goes to userB’s page and and write his comment by the comment template (like in single or post page).

I’ve searched for all day, plugin or tutorial, but i’ve found nothing…anyone could please how to figured out?
