let woocommerce custom orders be fulfilled by a local partner

Hey guys,

I need your help! I already got an online copy shop which focuses on printing thesis for bachelor & master students in germany. As the local pickup and a fast order fulfillment is core value for the customers, I can’t expand my onlinestore in other cities. This is the reason why I thought about making deals with local copy shops in other cities for printing & fulfilling orders I get over my new store(s). They get paid as an affiliate partner and print most of the orders in their cities. They also have to offer local pickup for the customers. I will do the website & marketing. Orders, which should be shipped will be printed by me in my copy shop because of a higher margin for me and no difference in time of delivery.

As the products are individualized I need a plugin which allows the customers to individualize their product and creates charges for different options (as for example the number of pages they want to print). A live preview for designing the frontpage of a hardcover book would be nice but isn’t strictly necessary. Important is the possibility of uploading a pdf. It would be great if there’s a plugin which could automatically take the number of pages from the pdf and calculates a price for them which is added to the base price of the binding.

So let’s summarize: I need different Plugins for:
– affiliate plugin: the partner has to be able to fulfill the order and change the order status like for example from “we received your delivery” to “ready to pickup” to “picked up”. Furthermore the local partners should get a notification for a new order they have to fulfill. Orders which should be shipped are excluded from this as I will fulfill and ship them by myself.
– product customizer plugin: the customers have to be able to customize the products and upload a pdf which should be printed.

As I want to duplicate the shop on different cities I would prefer a multisite solution. Is this possible?
