Let’s Encrypt SSL not renewing due to DNS pointing to multiple IP

My websites DNS are pointing to multiple IP.
I am using WordPress on Cloudways with quic.cloud enabled. But the Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate is not renewing due to multiple IP.
If there any solution to this?
