Every since I installed this, I’m getting fake orders. I asked my web guy to look into it. He said the express feature let’s people do this because the plugin doesn’t require contact details before heading to PayPal.

What risk does this involve? Is there a way to require contact details before going to PayPal?

    Hi @allegrojane,

The express checkout feature is used to checkout by skipping the contact details. You can set the email address and contact number as mandatory fields in PayPal. Login to your business account and navigate to Account Settings > Website payments > Website preferences . From that page, you can set the contact number as a required field.
You can also enable the option Address override in the plugin settings to verify the address by Paypal.

Thank you. This is really helpful.

I’m curious. I opted for the 2nd option to strictly verify address within the plugin. Does that mean it will behave like the other PayPal plugin that I got a message was discontinued?

I’m only using this plugin because the other one was losing its support. In your opinion, is this the best one to use?

    Hi @allegrojane,

Once the Address override option is enabled in the plugin the users won’t be able to change the address from the Paypal page.

So you’re suggesting that the other option, to change the setting in Paypal is better?

By not being able to change the address in Paypal, do you mean only the purchaser’s address or do you mean even the shipping address?
