letter E on top left of the website

  • we have problem with site, a letter e lower case on top left of the site that we can not remove it

    please help! as we can not find a way to reach customer support

    This may be coming from a plugin or theme. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and switch to the default Twenty Twenty theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem.

    If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

    I still see your Avada theme active – a commercial theme!!!

    I also see your active plugins!!!

    I am not sure if that fix the issues
    I did install the health check and it want on troubleshooting mood, the whole site layout change to the Twenty Twenty theme, but not sure if that resolve the problem! so I turnoff the troubleshooting mood

    Hi @padulalaw

    First deactivate all plugins then check e is remove or not. if it is not remove then this is most probably coming thorugh avada theme. So try to lookup in avada header.php file once avada_before_body_content hook is call wp_body_open function.
