Letter postage option not showing

    I have installed the AusPost plugin and now having trouble getting the letter postage options to show. Shipping fees default to parcel post prices but this is not what I usually use.

    The item I am shipping is a magazine and prior to the plugin have had it shown as $5 (approx). Is there something I’m doing wrong?

    Hello @aannevu

    Letters shipping does not include in this plugin. It only supports Regular and Express Post options. Letters and international shipping is included in the Pro version of the plugin.

    The plugin was paid for…$79 doesn’t cover letters and international shipping?

    Of course, the paid plugin has letters and international shipping. But you did not mention that you are using the paid version in your post before, so I assumed that you are using the free version.

    Please, open a support ticket at our website: https://wpruby.com/submit-ticket/ and send me the debugging messages from the cart page after enabling the Debug Mode option in the plugin’s settings page.
